Sometimes there is not a universal unlocking codes on mobile phones.
Even though you have all of the specific details of the model, does not guarantee that it will unlock it if you get one through just general inquiry.
Best bet is to go to the actual manufacturer and ask for an unlock
code. They might charge a fee for their services as most of them do now. Some market stalls offer quick and inexpensive unlocking services but not all can unlock every type or make of mobile phone.
I wouldn't risk asking the general public, as you could be lead astray and be permanently locked out if they give an incorrect code. It can generally cost around 15 to 25 to have a phone unlocked if you go the manufacturer in my own experiences, but worth it if you paid a lot money for it.

You can unlock it by codes (by IMEI officia unlock codes) or you can unlock it by cable. Both are available from http://www.unlocksamsungonline.com/unlocksamsung/I9300
This website is a trustable resource and in operation since 2006.
