I guess you don't install the computer drivers.

u have problem so many question arised here
first u check it shows in device manager yes or no u try unistall it or install it mostly issue realted to found os realted itnmean ur driver uhave not cpmatible for os .
first u tell me frd which os u use.for internet settng u conatct the vendor comany airtel etc they give the exact soultion if u network or wireless network working .
