Hello friend, thank you for your post!
Based off my understanding you need the compressor electronic control for your Electrolux refrigerator. If you could please provide me with your model number I would be able to assist you further. You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the inside right hand wall of your refrigerator usually on a silver or white tag. With that information I can better assist you. -Matt
Hello Sandra, you usually always can locate the model number on the rear of the fridge, I'm not sure if you have looked their, but I'm sure you did if it's missing the only thing I can suggest I s you take several pictures of the Fridge front rear and inside so who ever is supplying the part can identify the model, I'm not sure if you have removed the main control panel if not then this is certainly the best option and take a picture of it as close as you can, the majority of all circuit boards have a code number to identify them tis would be your very best option, if as you say their is no code or model information on the rear of the fridge. I hope this is of some help to you.
Most fridge/freezers today have ES [Edison Screw] globes inserted.
IF the globe is not tightened fully they sometimes don't make a good contact and will not function properly. Try taking out the globe and re-inserting it. Tighten them firmly into the socket BUT don't over-tighten or you can damage the [usually] plastic socket and/or break the globe.
ALSO possibly the door switches may be stuck. Check [usually at base of fridge housing] for their location and press them a few times to make sure they are operating correctly. IF they are stuck there will be no electrical circuit so they won't work.
Good Afternoon Friend, thank you for your post! I see the temperature in your Electrolux refrigerator is too warm and would like to know how to reset it. May I please have your model number? The serial tag, which lists your model number, is typically located inside the cabinet, on the right side wall. With this information I can better address the issue at hand. In the meantime, please double check the temperature control. If the temperature is set too warm, set control to a colder setting and allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize. Thank you - Z.
The right bottom corner of my fridge is broken and I need the part. Please let me know if it is available. The specification is as follows: model code: N520J-R, and name is Electrolux, Kelvinator, please let me know because I do not have any other option to fix it. I have financial problem to buy a new now but only I can buy a door to replace it. Thank you. My contact: firstname.lastname@example.org, my mobile is 0406266401
Open the fridge door, locate the dial which moderates the temperature located on the 'ceiling' of the fridge. Remove the light cover, remove the globe. Unscrew the two screws which hold the dial housing to the ceiling of the fridge, let this housing hang from the ceiling in the wires. This will expose a red funnel shaped tray, gently lift the tray and pull it out, you will most likely find the tray drain is blocked with gunk, clean and reinstall. Assembly is reverse of removal.
