The 1400 in not compatable with the kiosk software. You need a 805 printer, or a 8110, or even a model 8800. Only those will work. Check here:

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

PNY optima sdhchd 8gb won't read in my Kodak easy

What model Kodak EasyShare camera? Some of them only work with SD cards, not with SDHC cards. The same applies to kiosks. Make sure the slot is marked "SDHC' and not simply "SD".

Kodak kiosk doesn't recognize jpegs on my cd

after copying images to a cd-r, when i went to eject the cd i was given the option to eject with drag-to-disk enabled or not. drag-to-disk was the default, so accepted that and clicked eject. but the kodak kiosk could not find my images.

so i went home and put the cd back in and chose not to enable drag-to-disk, then clicked eject. took it back to the kodak kiosk and voila my images appeared!

You need to contact a trained employee or call Kodak Service. There should be a sticker on the equipment with Kodak's phone number and K number.
Kodak service numbers.
