Question about Kodak Picture Maker Kiosk Printer

1 Answer

6800 G3 Kodak picture kiosk

I have a G3 Kodak Picture kiosk with V2.0 software and it is slowing down. When people are putting in their digital cards to load up the pictures, it takes long. I know it is a lot slower because I have another G3 and the pictures load right away. What files can I erase internally through Service Diagnostics to speed it up?

Do you know where I can find instructional manual for these Kodak picture kiosks. The ones that Kodak tech support people use so I can be more self sufficient with these problems

What model Kodak EasyShare camera? Some of them only work with SD cards, not with SDHC cards. The same applies to kiosks. Make sure the slot is marked "SDHC' and not simply "SD".

If you deleted them and did not format the card or take any more pictures, then the pictures are still on the card. You can first of all, take the card to a store like Walmart and insert it into one of their picture kiosk machines. Your pictures may show up. If they do, you can print them out or even make a CD of them. If they don't, then Google the words "photo recovery software". You will find software that can help you recover your pics. Some of them are expensive but others are free or at least free to try.

You can either use a separate card reader to download to your computer, or , take the card to a Walmart store and insert the card into a Kodak Picture Kiosk machine and print the pics or make a cd of them. Then, format the card in the camera.

Olympus XD card is asking to be formatted, but is already has pictures in it (we can see the pictures in a digital picture frame, but not in the computer).

If these are pictures you want to save, you can take the card to a store that has a Kodak kiosk (like Walmart). Insert your card and print the pictures or you can even make a cd of them. Once they're downloaded, format the card in the camera.

Does anyone know about Kodak picture kiosks

The 1400 in not compatable with the kiosk software. You need a 805 printer, or a 8110, or even a model 8800. Only those will work. Check here:
