Question about Cell Phones
I need instruction on network setting please
Can ask what brand carrier you are currently using. if it is smart just type on your write message SET send to 211. then a reply message telling you that an internet settings has been sent to you, Save it. Use it as your default settings. Then try to check if your wifi connections is active or readable. if it is from globe they usually send internet settings.

You need to "authenticate" the wireless meaning you need the password to the web signal. Your phone may have an internal software issue in which it prevents you from connecting to the internet. Contact your phone company to trouble shoot it or get a replacement phone.

SOURCE: I had recently purchased Samsung
you have not mentioned the wifi router make and moel
for this you have to go to your router web admin to add your device as WPS client this will solve the problem
for that all the models are differently configured so you have to try playing with the settings yourself, if you jumble up the settings of you wifi router there is a reset switch in all the routers that restors your router to factory settings.
if you find my information useful dont forget to vote me with the thumbsup thankyou and take care Gagan Gupta
