How to convert MTS and M2TS files to QuickTime for editing in iMovie Trace back...

How to convert MTS and M2TS files to QuickTime for editing in iMovie

imovietheme100402.jpg

Trace back to iMovie'08, Apple has announced that this bundled video editing software works with many tapeless camcorders that record to HDD, flash memory, or DVD media, including camcorders using MPEG-2 (standard definition) and AVCHD (high definition) formats. With the release of iMovie'09, it expands supported camcorder formats from MPEG-2 (standard definition), AVCHD (high definition) to MPEG-4 and H.264 formats. However, it does not mean that iMovie will be an all-pass application to any sort of camcorders and cameras. Due to the wide range of media types and the different ways manufacturers store videos on these media types, Apple has reminded users that not all tapeless camcorders are compatible with iMovie'08 and iMovie'09. AVCHD camcorders which capture footages in the format of .mts/m2ts are among this range to some extent.

To make it possible for Mac users to edit MTS/M2TS files shot by AVCHD cameras in iMovie, this guide will provide a solution to the problem of how to convert MTS/M2TS files to QuickTime on Mac for editing in iMovie.

What you will need is Pavtube MTS/M2TS Converter for Mac. Read on the following contents to find out a step-by-step instruction.

mtstotal100402.jpg

Step 1: Click "Add" button to import MTS/M2TS files to this program

Step 2: Select QuickTime (*.mov) as output format for iMovie

Click on the drop-down list of "Format", and follow "Common Video" > "MOV-QuickTime (*.mov)".

quicktime100402.jpg

Step 3: Set advanced settings

Click on "Settings" button, and afterwards you can adjust audio and video parameters including video/audio codec, resolution, video/audio bit rate, frame rate, sample rate and audio channel on the following window.

settings100402.jpg

By the way, if you’d like to combine all the added files to be as a single file, you can tick the checkbox "Merge into one file" to realize it. Also, if you do not want to use the default save path, you can click "Browse" button to look for and specify a destination folder.

Step 4: Convert

After the above steps are done, you can click "Convert" button to start conversion. And you can click "Open" button to get the generated QuickTime .mov files effortlessly. Afterwards, just import the output files to iMovie for editing. Click here to see How to edit videos in iMovie.

Additional Tips:

1. The program adopts advanced audio and video sync technology, and never lets your video and audio go in separate way.

2. This program optimizes its conversion speed with multi-thread technology, so that you can convert MTS/M2TS AVCHD files 1.5 or 2 times faster than other similar programs.

3. Its trim and crop functions allow you to select the proper time length for MTS/M2TS videos, as well as cut off any unwanted areas.

4. It Provides users with simple gauss blur effect, which is very useful to recorded files, since it can eliminate the noise of recorded videos. If you like, you can also add other special effects including simple laplacian sharpen, gray, flip color, invert, aged film, etc. to your video files.

5. It allows users to add various watermarks, such as text watermark, image watermark, GIF animation watermark and video watermark.

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detected the HO2S12 sensor has reported a lean condition for an extended period during an intrusive test
Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
- High Fuel Consumption
- Excessive Smoke from Exhaust
P2270 Description
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) supplies a voltage of about 450 mV between the HO2S high and low signal circuits. The oxygen sensor varies the voltage over a range from about 1,000 mV when the exhaust is rich, down through about 10 mV when the exhaust is lean.
The PCM monitors and stores the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) voltage information. The PCMevaluates the HO2S voltage samples in order to determine the amount of time the HO2S voltage was out of range. The PCM compares the stored HO2S voltage samples taken within each sample period and determines if majority of the samples are out of the operating range.

How can i drill a hole into my keepsafe wall safe to open it?

Keep the drill motor in the toolbox, you'll likely just ruin the safe.

Go here instead: https://www.sentrysafe.com/CustomerCare/Lost_Your_Combination

There are 3 possible ways to unlock and access
the safe:
1. Factory code
(Found on the first page of the factory guide) You can
always open the safe by entering the pre-set 5-digit
factory code. This code cannot be deleted.
2. User code
If you prefer to employ your own code, you can
program the safe to open using a 5-digit user code
of your choice.
3. User pin
If you wish to give someone else temporary access
to the safe, you can program a 5-digit user pin that
can later be erased.
Programming the user code
NOTE: One (1) user code is allowed.
To add:
1. Press the Prog key , then enter the 5-digit
factory code.
2. Enter the 5-digit user code of your choice.
To delete:
1. Press the Prog key.
2. Enter the 5-digit factory code twice.
Programming user pin
NOTE: One (1) user pin is allowed.
To add:
1. Press the Prog key 2 times.
2. Enter your 5-digit user code.
3. Enter the 5-digit user pin of your choice.
To delete:
1. Press the Prog key 2 times.
2. Enter your 5-digit user code.
3. Enter 0, 0, 0, 0, 0.

What are the steps in solving for probability on C?

If you have nine marbles in a bag, four of which are blue, then the probability of reaching in and pulling out a blue marble is four out of nine, or 4 divided by 9.
Stay in the normal computational mode and press 4 / 9 =
If you want to know the probability of pulling out three (for example) marbles and getting at least one blue marble, then you get into combinatorics. The answer depends on whether or not you replace each marble after pulling it out (Sampling with/without replacement).
Probability is a rich and varied field of mathematics. People have spent lifetimes studying it.

MY lock 204D tension problem.

Check all the tension units are clean and clear of lint

Ensure sharp new needle/s,

Make sure that when you thread the machine the presser foot is up so the thread goes between the discs and not to one side, and that you have threaded through all the guides.

It may be there is lint trapped between the discs, this will keep them slightly apart and reduce the actual tension, sometimes dramatically.

If tensions appear correct, and the thread is definitely in the channel between the discs, but still too loose and looping, try raising presser foot and remove your thread.

Now, with a 2" (50mm) wide strip piece of fabric 8 - 10" (20 - 25cm) moistened with methylated or denatured spirit, gently insert the fabric strip and clean between the discs with a see saw / to and fro action.

Now set up machine with 4 different colours, so you can easily see any changes you make.

Factory setting for all 4 tensions = 3.........try this setting first before altering anything.

Sew a test sample about 75mm (3") and look at the result, front and rear.

You will see anything tight or loose, so just adjust a little at a time with test samples each time.

If the actual knobs read anything other than the 3-3-3-3, after you have made your adjustments and are happy with the balance of tensions, it is quite simple to remove the knob....very gently pull it off towards you (without altering the new found correct tension !!) and pop it back on to read 3.

Hope this is all easy to follow, If you want any more help with this, just post back here, or, drop a line through the "Contact Us" page at www.bargainbox.com.au
