    1. What is Sonic Record Now?

    2. What operating system are you running?

    3. If possible, reproduce the error and take a screen shot of any error messages. Hit the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard, start Microsoft Paint, Paste, Save as a .JPG and upload it here.

1. Go to windows update and ensure your operating system is up to date: IE-> Tools -> Windows update. Select custom to look at additional updates for software. After updates, restart if needed and open the application again. If the same error exsists follow #2.

2. Uninstall then reinstall the application. In your cd's given to you upon purchase of your machine you should have a couple cd's marked "software" with various titles on them. Verify you have the cd first before uninstalling the application.

Your computer will not work properly if a Windows Dynamic-Link Library (.dll) file is damaged or missing. When this happens, you will receive an error message similar to this: "[program name] Illegal system DLL relocation."
The .dll file type contains instructions, or code, to run scripts that open dialog boxes.
These important graphical elements are necessary for computer user interaction in most software programs.
There is a simple way to keep all of your .dll files healthy, so you rarely lose valuable time restoring lost or broken links.
Connect your computer to the Internet.
Click "Start" and then click "Run" if you have the Windows XP operating system. For other systems, simply open Internet Explorer and click "Safety," then click "Windows Update."
Type "wupdmgr" in the "Run" dialog box to run Microsoft Update.
Click "Express" to find out if your computer requires new updates.
Press "Install Updates" if any are available.
Otherwise, close the Microsoft Update window.
Update your anti-virus program and then immediately scan all of the files on your computer.
Open the software program that gave the .dll notice to see if error messages still occur.
If so, continue to the next step.
Reinstall the affected software program to replace the damaged or missing .DLL file.
If the issue is still not resolved, contact Microsoft Support.

3. Right Click on the file and click Delete

Gracie5, What I would do is find another application program to run on your DVD drive. There are alot of freeware products on the net. Your may be out dated for the current disks you are trying to make.I don't think all those disk companies can be making that many bad disk. Remember to always update!
