Question about Brakes for Toyota Land Cruiser
Sorry, a worn or warpped disc will not cause a locking. Most likely:
1 As above, sticking piston in the RF caliper
2 Collapsed RF brake hose
3 Much less likely- ABS distribution valve assy
I am making certain assumptions. The brake locks only when applied hard? Is it really locking or simply pulling hard as in jerking the wheel?
I hope that I am on the right track for you.

Your brake caliber could be sticking, the piston is bad, when replacing,it's best to replace both sides. Her's how to replace if they need it.Also check your Disc for wear, could be that, check brake pads wear, both sides should be wearing even.
