Question about Philips 27PT6441 27" TV
This TV is NOT that old and has began showing while horizontal lines at the top. I have a picture of the problem located at the following url. Thank you for any help whatsoever. You likely have an elevtrlytic capacitor bad on the B+ line to the vertical ouput ic. If you continue to use the set like this it is likely the vertical ouput ic will fail.
