Question about Hampton Bay 54 In. Flemish Pewter Ceiling Fan with Heater
Fan still works but the light will not come on, i tried replacing the remote box inside and the problem still persists. I have changed bulbs as well and the light will still not come on. Any suggestions? Do I need to replace the part that the bulb actually connects and fits into?
Try taking the lighting kit completely off it make sure the blue wire and white wire are both firmly connected.
Does the remote work on the fan part ok? Do you have the black, white, and green wire on the house side connected to the side of the receiver with the same wires?
You know the black and blue are hot for the fan and lights (blue for lights). If the wiring connections are ok it had to be either in the remote or receiver. Are the dip switches set for the same on each?
