A lot of the older RCA sets if no input button had the inputs on a channel between 90 and 99. This set may also have a way to enter once you go into the customer menu.
Shifting a heavy item, or anything really, can cause damage to either the cable or the port the cable is plugged into very easily.
I recommend replacing the audio cable, or trying an alternate audio output (you may be able to choose between RCA-style stereo audio output, digital PCM and digital optical.)
Similarly, the dvd player may be setup to output audio in a format that isn't matching what your AV receiver is expecting - again a variation of either stereo, digital rca or digital optical.
You either have a bad CRT or a Shorted Red Output IC/Transistor. One other possibility is if
someone turned the Screen Control down if it is accessible from the back of the set.
Hope this helps,

No, of course not. What you may be asking is how to hook up a DVD player with only RCA outputs (either component or composite) to a TV that only accepts a coaxial cable input. In this is the case, you may indeed be able to solve the problem with a VCR, or with a TV modulator, which is a device that will work as a converter from composite video (yellow RCA) to cable (coax).
# 1 above you have covergence problems ,there is a service flash from rca to fix your fault, ask your tv shop. fault # 2 above turn off the color and adjust your screen settings for a grey picture, set brightness and contrast to middle settings. # 3 fault read #1 cause if your auto focus will not correct you require service there is a harness connector that looses connection and causes several fualts on the 52" rca's you can repair the fault but if you miss the harness replacement you will do it again.
