I'm having the same problem. checked fuses and both are good. going through the wiring harness to look for shorts. have a bad feeling the micro controller died, that is the little plastic box with metal fins on it under the seat post behind the batteries ******* to the frame. i can bypass the micro-controller and connect one 12 volt battery directly to motor and runs full speed. somehow it is wired with 2 - 12 volt batteries in series to give 24 volts and them the processor cuts back down to 12 volts to run the motor. not sure why this is engineered this way? still working the problem. what sucks so far is that the micro controller is encased in resin so it is virtually non repairable.
* Update added.
Found these wiring harness for sale online scooter stores and on ebay. I replaced mine with some intermediate level adapting the harness to my model scooter and this includes some soldering and wire splicing changing power connector heads off old harnedd to new harness to fit bike. Works great.

2004. Why is the blower motor not receiving power?

The blower motor relay in the auxiliary junction box under the hood is good ? All relays ? only one controls the blower motor ! The electronic automatic temperature control module turns it on by supplying a ground inside the module ! The 30 amp fuse for the blower motor is located in the under hood auxiliary junction box ! At the relay socket test for battery voltage at pins 30 an 86 ,power form 30amp fuse ! The other two pins 85 an 87 ,85 is circuit to the electronic temperature control module . You could test this part of the circuit too , with a test light or volt meter . But if no voltage to the blower motor ,could be the electronic temperature control module is bad ! Batteries shows fully charged. 24 volt shows 27 volts fully charged but shows RED light when install in mower.

it's never the motor, it's always the batteries.
you are most likely testing the batteries with just a meter and not under load
you will need a tool to put the battery under a load, it will end up costing more than two new batteries.
just replace the pair and you will be fine, i have done enough of these over the last few years.
good luck and you will have no problems with the new batteries.

No charge indication on throttle and motor doesn't work - New charged batteries.

Make certain the Batteries are IDENTICAL to the original. Any change of the Voltage, Current, or Amps will damage the motor or starter. Check all connections to see if they are properly set and Plus is to Plus and Minus to Minus. Check the Ground wires. Make certain all wires are insulated well, no cuts, peeling, cracks, or holes. Technically speaking, if you do not have test equipment like a VOM (Meter) you cannot check continuity (for shorts) and leaks.

Air conditioning thermostat not functioning

ab302475-b998-41c7-9c7c-4e106b68e0be.pngGo to your thermostat and look at the FAN switch, it will be in the AUTO position typically.
Set the FAN switch to the ON setting,
by doing this if the fan motor operates you know that the High voltage & the low voltage (24 volt control power) are present.
This saves you from having to go to the breaker panel and checking / resetting the breaker as well as checking the Transformer and automotive type 3 amp control circuit fuse (generally on the circuit board).

If you do not get any fan operation by switching the fan switch to the ON setting, you then will have to determine if the breaker, transformer and aforementioned 3 amp fuse are all good.

You will need a volt meter to test further.
At the thermostat remove the cover thus exposing the thermostats sub base and assorted circuits/wiring.

RED or R
Red is the 24 volt "hot leg" of 24 volt power which originates at the transformer. Red enters the thermostat on the Red or R terminal, some thermostats will have an RC and an RH terminal, these are jumpered together on single transformer systems as they are for Red Cool and Red Heat, without a jumper wire on RC and RH, the Red "hot leg" of the 24 volt control voltage will only energize the terminal its wired to, some stats are battery powered and do not use the transformers 24 volt power (parasitically) to power the thermostat.
If the thermostat is powered by the transformers 24 volt power, there will be a "COMMON" wire on the common terminal of the thermostat, this is the other side of the 24 volt power from the transformer, the side opposite from RED the 24 volt "hot leg"
Common is called common as its the side of power that EVERY
24 volt circuit terminates, or completes its circuit, thus the COMMON designation.
During a Heat call the 24 volt hot leg is sent out via the white/heat terminal to the gas valve etc.
So between terminals Common & White , it should read 24 volts during a call for heat.
Same for Fan which is the Green or G terminal,
Same for Cool which is the Yellow or Y terminal.
If you have no power to these terminals when calling for heat or cool or fan then yes the thermostat is defective and requires replacement.
DO NOT let the RED wire touch ground or the COMMON terminal, this is a direct short and blows the fuse or transformer
if not equipped with fuse protection.

Normally you should read 24 volts between RED and COMMON

Food Heats fine, but turntable wont rotate. Makes a loud noise until we press the

see this tips for to repair:
Inspect the plastic drive coupling that the tray sits on, as well as the ring-and-roller assembly, to make sure that they're working properly.
First, make sure the turntable coupler under the glass dish is not broken. Second, on the control board, find the turntable relay and test for voltage. Some turntable motors are 24 volts DC, so make sure your testing the correct voltage. If no voltage from the control board, then replace the control board. Otherwise head towards the turntable motor. On OTR models, you can get to the motor by un-screwing the bottom panel on the microwave. On countertop models, there will either be a knockout or screw on access panel. Check for voltage at the motor. If no voltage, check the wiring back towards the control. If voltage, then replace the turntable motor. The component list below also shows how to test a turntable motor.

There is power going to the condenser, but it won't turn on

Hi, if you have high voltage going to the unit and it will not fire up, then you are not getting control voltage to it. It takes 2 power sources to run it, high voltage for all of the motors and compressor, but 24 volts from your thermostat to fire it up.I dont know if you have a gas furnace, heat-pump or what. If its a gas split, you will have only 2 small thermostat wires coming into the contactor coil to fire it and close it to send power to all else. You may have a bad stat, broken stat wire, or a faulty transformer, but you have lost your 24 volts somewhere in the unit, and the 1st place to check would be the stat. Please keep me posted.
