I think if you start in safe mode (press the power button like you would when you start it normally and then start tapping the f 8 button and it should go to a black screen with white writing and you can choose safe mode) and log in as administrator you can go to the control panel and go to user accounts and i think you can erase the password from her account in there somewhere.
