Question about HEWLETT-PACKARD CP1525NW Laser Printer
I have ran hundred of sheets of paper throught nut he magenta still shows up.
Most HP laser cartidges are an 'all-in-one' so the problem is likley to be the toner cartridge itself, either the 'wiper blade' or roller seal inside the cartridge has worn / failed.
Remanufactured and compatible cartridges are more likely to have this problem. If its a HP cartridge it will be covered under warranty.
Before you install your new cartridge make sure you remove all the toner cartridges and throughly clean the inside of your printer with a slightly damp lint free cloth & cotton bud.
