Question about Pioneer SD-532HD5 53" Rear Projection Television
The colors separate into a sort of double image red and green. Will be fine for a while then happens then goes back to normal. If it gets stuck that way for a while I can turn it off and back on and it will return to normal most times. Any ideas?
Sounds as though the output transistor(s) on the color convergence board are going bad or already have. If handy with Electronics; get service manual and check the emitter voltage.
