Question about HP PhotoSmart Office Equipment & Supplies
Whenever I attempt to print something I get this error code. I took out the print cartiages, unplugged the power cord, and nothing seems to work to correct this problem.

The "Ox18" series errors can be removed by resetting the printer. Unplug the USB cable from the printer, remove the ink cartridges. When the "Insert ink cartridges" message appears unplug the power cord from the printer. Wait 1 minute (at least), then reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer if it didn't come on by itself. Reinsert the ink, close the unit and print a calibration page if prompted to do so. Finally reconnect the USB cable to the printer. If this doesn't work, the unit needs service (or replacement if the service call will cost more than a new printer).
