If you have a extern video graphic card
Please check if your motherboard has an onboard video. (INTEL motherboards for example) If so, go to the BIOS and disable it.
I had the same problem and not only with Logitec. I disabled the onboard video and no problem anymore! It has something to do with windows updates, I presume. But the problem is solved.

Good luck with this. I have been searching for a replacement dongle for 3 years now and cannot locate any. There are replacements for K320 and M320, but none for MK320. If you find one, I would really like to where you got it.

I lost the mouse for my Logitech Wireless Combo MK320. Can i order another seperately from the keyboard? If so, how would I go about it. Thank you.

I'm sorry to say that Logitech doesn't offer separate halves of their combo deals. There isn't even a copy of just the mouse for sale on Ebay that I was able to locate, which is normally where you can find things like that.

I hace logitech mk320 keyboard and mouse theyhave stopped working please advise

Verify that they are connected to the PC. Make sure the hub is plugged into a working USB port on the computer. If they are connected, replace the batteries. If this does not work, unplug and plug the hub back into the PC. You can also try unplugging the hub then shutting the computer down and restarting it. Then plug the hub back in.

How do you open the wireless mouse for the MK320 so I can change the battery??

To change the batteries in your Logitech MK320 desktop keyboard and wireless mouse, simply turn the mouse over. Move the on/off switch to the off position. Press the battery button and slide off the cover. Insert the batteries negative side first. Replace cover. Turn mouse on.

As I remember it, the EX 100 was plug and play on my XP PC. The batteries are NOT a problem - as they check OK. I periodically have both mouse and keyboard FREEZE After restarting XP computer everything...

Connect an additional wired keyboard to your pc. And when the freeze happens check if the pc responds at all, using the wired keyboard. If its not responding , its an indication of a faulty PSU or motherboard.
