Cannot turn off oven

When I could not turn the oven off, and realized there was a problem, the obvious, was to unplug it ! Which I did and re-plugged in the next day. The panel sensors were still unresponsive. I googled panel problems, and read where a replacement board were purchased, only to realize the problem was not the panel ! The Fix! was as simple as the adhesive backing used to adhere the pane,l had become loosened, due to the heat over time. Allowing it to hang freely. Poor design, if you ask me. But I resolved my problems in less than three minutes, at no cost to me.

Thank you very much. I found the problem thanks to you. I can't figure out how to keep it glued in place. Right now I have a tennis ball jammed in place.

Maybe if you unplug it let it sit for for a half hour then plug it back in maybe that might work.

My Bosch (hbn13b251b) bottom oven and light is not turning on intermittently. Sometimes when I resetting the breakers it's comes back and works perfectly. What part do I need to replace? Thanks,

You may have some of the wiring that it exposed to metal. It nay be touching and turning it off. It may be slight and only does this when the oven is bumped. I don't understand when you say the oven and light is not turning on intermittently. It should not turn on intermittently to start with.

Hi,

As per Bosch,

Error Code: F45 Cause: Upper (or single) oven latch both locked and unlocked; Defective or jammed upper oven door or latch switches. Corrective Action: 1. Check P4 connector on the power board. 2. Ensure door latch switches are operating properly. 3. Check that neither latch switch nor common wires are pinched to the appliance chassis. 4. If F45 persists, replace power board
Let me know, if needed further assistance.

Bosch HBN745AUC control panel broken and needs to be replaced. Any DIY advise appreciate, included the parts no. and cost information.

If you mean the glass in front of the display and touch panel is smashed, you can buy a new glass panel, about $200, part 239424 (for a stainless oven), see bosch parts link below. Probably the electronic touch sensor board underneath is fine, but its basically glued to the glass panel so will be a bit tricky to peel off and re-glue to the new one.

Bosch HES255U Covection bake slow to get up to temp.

My Bosch HES255U Freestanding Electric Range has been reading an error code of all "E's" or r 2 E E. I shut it off completely through the circuit breaker and allow it to reset. When I turn it back on, it starts to beep and shuts off.
