The image censor has been knocked out of alignment, this is going to require a repair at camera shop.

Many cameras have a button marked with a trashcan symbol. If yours doesn't, please reply to this post and specify the make and model of your camera.

If your camera uses a memory card, and you want to delete all the pictures on it, the best way is to format the card.

Pictures will not pull up

hi, i had trouble getting the computer to recognize the camera to get the pictures off. it seems that the drivers for the camera were not included on the install CD, but they can be found here:
http://digiblue.com/customer-service/downloads/
just click on the first download under the "Driver Downloads" section.
Hope this helps.

Internal memory

Hi there.
Providing you have a SD memory card in the camera and the card is empty you can transfer all the data from internal memory to the SD card using the camera's menu.

Good luck and thanks for using FixYa!!

Disney pix micro: HELP!

That will happen. If you open the camera from My Computer, or Computer in Windows Vista, it completely empties the memory. You need to use the Pix Micro Downloader to transfer the pictures from the camera to the computer. There should be a shortcut on your desktop for the Downloader. If there isn't you can go to the following address to get the installer package for it.

Hi I have a Finepix A920 digital camera which despite downloading the pictures from the camera keeps saying internal memory card full. Any Ideas ?

Downloading pix does not remove pix from card, YOu must manually delete pics on card or use Picasa to download and choose "delete card contents after download" option or similiar option of your software.
