Question about Samsung CLP-325W Wireless Laser Printer
The printer makes a lot of noise when warming up/printing; it is not a paper jam. Not sure what the problem could be.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

The manual says if you are getting this clicking noise that the imager is loose and to take it out and reinsert it. This is the device that all the toner cartridges are inserted in. It just Pops out so it is easy to remove and reinsert. What happens is it gets loose in shipping sometimes and just needs to be reseated.

If it jams every page, it is the infamous Samsung design flaw. There are dozens of reports of this problem all over the internet. The best solution: sell it or otherwise get rid of it ASAP and buy another type or model of printer. The 2nd best solution: call trained technician and ask to replace the broken part. It could be thermistor near fuser, some people say it is a photo-interrupter.

Probably a faulty photo interruter - common problem on these.
The part is Samsung 0604-001393
Not too difficult to change and many videos on You tube showing how it is done.
