SOURCE: samsung scx-5315f printer giving error paper jam 2 inside .

If you have taken apart the printer and checked where all the paper could have jammed up, use compressed air first on the printer. Then, check your toner cartridge. I know on my HP I had a sample toner cartridge and I put another one into the printer. It either was damaged or scratched, etc. and it caused the printer to not respond.

Paper has jammed around something at the back. I can see it but cannot work out how to get proper access to it. I might be able to poke it out but I do not want to risk causing a greater problem. Can you...

it sounds like you have paper wrapped around your fuser. poking will cause greater problems as you will easily damage the rollers. if the paper is not easily accessed I would suggest contacting an authorised repair centre for a quote for the repair.

After the fuser, problably near the exit rollers, there is going to be a switch/sensor, that has a problem. It could be hung up, out of position, ect, but you have a typical exit sensor problem.
