try rethreading the needle & keeping thread tails of at least 4 to 6 inches that you can keep pulled behind the needles

Thread keeps breaking, can't seem to get the

1. Maybe you are using the wrong size machine needle or poor quality thread.
2. You must always lift the presser foot before threading the machine to release the tension discs.
3. Maybe you have broken thread stuck in the discs or bobbin race. Give them a clean. Pull a thicker thread by hand through the tension discs when the presser foot is up.

Huskvarna Viking quilters 850 I keep getting

it is a problem your tech can fix, ( should have been done when he had the covers off) but take it back in and tell him to adjust the sensor on the cutter so it doesn't rub and to clean the sensor. this will fix the problem

I keep receiving the E-1 error that the thread is

Don't use Singer needles, go to where ever you buy your fabric and get a pack of Shmetz Universal needles, it will cost you $2.50 or something like that.

Also don't use cotton thread for a while, the sensors are very sensative when the machine is "breaking in", so use poly blend threads for the first few projects.

My thread in the bobbin keeps getting jammed up

Here are some possible solutions:
1) Try a new bobbin, and if you wind your own, make sure it is wound very tightly
2) Take the bobbin case out and make sure there are no stray threads stuck down there, they can wreak havoc! To do this, unscrew your throat plate and lift the bobbin case out. Then use your lint brush that came with the machine, or another small soft brush and give it a thorough cleaning under there.
Hope these help!
