120V tv accidentally connected to 240V

You most likely burned the capacitors on your power board, hopefully the overcharge did noy reach your audio visual connection bord. You will have to open the unit while it is disconnected from the power source and look for evidence of brown or black edgings around the various board components.
Smell the board if it smells like burnt plastic or wire you have blown the board or boards
If the TV is out of warranty, the cost of repair can be as high as $500+

I bot a used zeinth C32v-23-8 Hd tv and when I pluged it in it makes a poping sound and you can see a light flashing inside and has sound but no picture

Sounds like a High Voltage lead in the set is arcing--What I also remember from this set is there is a tiny blue cap (with back off and looking from rear) to the extreme right side of the main board that burns to a crisp.

That is fairly easy to fix.

Let me know what you find.

Power flickered during thunderstorm, TV wont come back on. heard little pop from tv when lights flickered.

Unplug it and take the back off. Look too see if the fuse right next to the power cord is black. Replace it. If it pops again, you have damaged the board and need a repair guy. Look for any burnt parts before replacing the fuse.

TV made a poping noise and the screen went dark. Turns on but there is no image and wont turn off.

a capacitor on the DM or convergance board has fried and will need to be replaced. You can use a multi-tester or capacitor tester to test each one. Also look for black burn marks and swelled or black capacitors

RCA ITC222 Board

Also replace CP150 and CP120 then check for an open 1.25 amp fuse. It looks like a little tiny brown box behind the composite inputs about an inch inward. We always change those caps regardless of the problem. GO GET EM TIGER. Let me know?
