Question about Pioneer DEH-P6000 CD Player
I have a Pioneer tuner DEH-P6000UB conected to a Pioneer SCC1 Sirius Tuner. It was professionally installed about 5 months ago, and until a wek ago, i had no problems. Now the Sirius tuner will not connect and I get no signal. Was wondering if there was a historyof this kind of problem. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
In most head units as in your case the Pioneer DEH-1800, there would be 2 RCA female jacks at the rear of the unit. These are your OUTPUTs.
While in most amps including your GM-5300-T, there would similar RCA jacks which would be your INPUTs.
You need to connect the output to the input using an audio cable terminated at both ends with RCA plugs. Further you need to connect the remote trigger on from the head unit to the remote/external amp to switch it on.
A more comprehensive connection diagram is available at page 6 of the GM-5300T Manual which may be downloaded from here.
Hope this be of help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.

This is the 2800MP direct from Pioneer. If your unit is a 2700mp, was it purchased outside the US? This is the closest listing on Pioneer USA's site. Hope this helps.
