Question about Samsung Heating & Cooling
We contacted the company we bought it from, and they said that we needed to call Samsung direct as they are the only ones with the codes to know what the blinking lights mean - and how to fix it. I rang them on the same day - spoke to an Indian call centre representative who said they would get a Western Australian based technician to call me in Perth... We are still waiting to hear back. Please help. We have turned the power off for a few hours and back on, hoping it would reset, but the same thing happens again. The two lights that flash have a clock and a power cord symbol on them... Any advice would be MUCH appreciated as we are experiencing a heatwave.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

ok, there is a default button right next to the SRC button on the face of the radio. take a pen or small srew driver and point the little button (it looks like a hole) hold it for about 10 secs and it should reset. when ocer flashes on the screen, this means that one of your speakers is either trying to go bad or is bad. keep ur volume low if u have factory speakers

SOURCE: Ductless heater shutting down
There is a small wiring harness that goes from the main board down to the sparker board at the very bottom of the heater. Disconnect this harness and reconnect making sure all pins and contacts make good connection. If it continues, replace the wire harness. Also make sure the outlet that the heater is plugged into is a grounded outlet. Stray voltage can interrupt the thinking of this unit.
If all connections are good and the unit is grounded, you are probably looking at replacing the sparker board. I do have these parts and would be more than happy to send them to you for a donation.
