Hello i have a motorola/boost mobile i855 and it is new maybe a month old and evrything worked fine at first but know whenever i try to read my text messages it restarts the pone but only when trying to read the text messages does it do this.what could the problem be? thanks
It depends what service you have Nextel or Boost but either way have you tried a mater reset on it? If not go to settings, advance options, connectivity, master reset it's going to ask do you want to do the master reset hit yes, when it asks for a code by default the code is 000000 (six 0), than it says caution use manual just hit ok and it will turn itself off. you just turn it on and it should work from there if not call your cell phone provider and they can help you from there.
