Question about Logitech QuickCam Express Web Camera
I just unhooked my old Logitech QuickCam 5.3 from my old computer and hooked it into the new Vista and went got the driver update online but the camera will not work and the software is not compatable with Vista what do I do?
If you have the Original Installation CD for the Device.
Try installing from The CD.
If not try add/remove from the device manager.
if it,s USB Try, installing in A Different Slot ( Hub )
Look in the sys/devices to see if The Hardware has a Driver Problem ( yellow Exclamation Mark ) if so remove the device.
reboot computer, let the computer detect, and install.
Thankyou For using fixya.
