Question about Tools & Hardware - Others
My stapler is an ARROW hammer stapler # HT50P. I know how to un jam it. The thing is it jams up very often. Is there a way to correct the problem, or should I just throw it away and get a different brand.

Most arrow staplers have slide levers along the sides toward the front. Pull back on these and it should pop open. Some however load from the rear of the stapler. You push in and down on a square metal piece and it will unlock and than you pull it out toward you. slide in a rack of staples, put it in, relock and ready to go. If you put in too many staples it wont go all the way in to re lock.

Take out the screw/nut combo @ the end of the gun where you load the staples. The whole rail that holds the staples will then come out and you can then get the little devils of the nested, jammed, rousted up staples out by sliding them out with a screwdriver. Don't jam the screwdriver into your fingers/hand when doing it.

Found user manual online but no parts breakdown, I have a phone number at 1-800-343-9329 and they might be to email you the breakdown. Wish I had better info but this is all they furnish online.

This is how it works on the Arrow staple gun. On the back bottom, opposite end from where the staples come out, there is a little plate. Push it in and it unhooks and pops out. attached to a rod. When you refill with staples, just push them in, then put the rod back in and the spring applies the pressure.

At the end of the stapler opposite where the staplers are driven out is a release. Push it in and turn it should come out with a long spring.
