How do you know the video card is okay? Have you tested it in another computer? Have you tested the monitor on another computer?

GO into the BIOS setup routine and make sure that the "onboard video" if it has any ,is set to off. Malke sure that ou have the monitor attached to the video card and not the :onboard: one. Did you install the softweare and driver for the video card?
To receive further help, please  give us the make and model of the video card. Thanks

No signal to monitor.all connections and videocard seems ok fans work , What can be the problem? send a Trouble Shooting chart please

Okay here are the steps.
1. Turn off computer and restart it with tapping F2, the BIOS screen should come up. 2. If that does not then your computer is not clearing the POST or Video part that comes right after post. 3. Take the video card out and connect the monitor to the On-Board card on your motherboard. 4. If that works then there might be a problem with your video card. 5. If that does not then there is some more troubleshooting to do, try take the memory cards out and see if the motherboard beeps. This is to ensure that it is working fine or not. Put them back in and then try to turn on the computer.

No display assus motherboard PSN73-AM ASUS MOTHERBOARD

When the PC starts up, do you get a BIOS display at all? Try fitting a graphics card into the board instead of using the built in port, if that works check the BIOS settings to see if the built in adapter has been disabled,

Fan, HDD... everything is working but no display.

You have no display, and cant even get to the bios screen.
OK, does anything at all show on the monitor when starting?
Logo,etc?

If that is the case, look to your video card or monitor.
I cant tell you how many times I have seen pins that are bent or proken on the VGA cable. or even plugged in.
Please check these things and let me know what you find
