The first thing to do is reboot your computer with the windows xp installation cd.
After that select the REPAIR option.
This will open a command prompt windows D.O.S. type.
Execute the following command:
chkdsk c: /r
It will take a while to finish.
When it is done, type EXIT to reboot your computer.
If this doesn't work your probably will have to reformat your computer and star over.
