SOURCE: Need a cartridge stylus with headshell

I also own this turntable. The latest research I found on this unit is the needle is made by Crosley. This is the same brand that makes those nostalgic looking all in one audio products. If you can find who carries the Crosley replacement needles for those units it will fit the Ion turntable.

Ion turntable

Could be, but check the wiring to the cartridge, plus the connection to your amp. A poor earth wire or one touching the other can make it sound tinny.

Replacement turntable needles

Look at the cartridge they fit in. That should have a model make and number. Put that into Google and you should find the stylus for it.

Looking to upgrade the cartridge/styli in my ion audio profile pro turntable. What products/company/style should I be looking for?

I have the same turntable, and sadly the cartridge is proprietary and unable to be changed. However, you can still upgrade the sound quality by replacing the stylus to a higher quality needle. I did that for about $25 and feel better about playing my precious vinyl. The biggest problem to this turntable is the lack of anti-skate. That's very bad...

I have an ion turntable, when recording the tracks keep on jumping, how can i solve this problem

First make certain the record is clean with no dust or anything on it. If that doesn't work increase the weight/pressure to the stylus, by using moving the weight on the end of the arm. Ideally it should bet set to that recomended by the cartridge maker, so check that.
