If you have this information already (KitchenAid KESC307) then that is all thats needed to order the stove knob. If that isnt the number, try opening the head of the stove and look for the manual there, or it may be taped to the back or underside of the broiler area. Also try looking under the burners for an aluminum serial number plate. The original plate will be stamped as well as printed, so if you only found the printed one, there should be another stamped plate elsewhere.

Shut the door on the oven and turn the "Delay Start Time" knob to the current time. Turn the "Stop Time" knob to 3 hours away from the present time. Turn the "Oven Set" knob to "Clean" and slide the oven door's lock into the locked position. I hope this helps.
