Why cools the ac only 1 hour full power and never reaches the set-point temperature ?

check that all the doors and windows are closed as ac units do not work well when trying to cool the world
is the ac unit too small for the room size
I suspect that because it is working the problem is outside the ac control
is the inside fan working and blowing out cold air

Hi... It sounds like something may/could have become disconnected. I wouldn't hesitate to take the back off... the problem should 'in this case' be obvious.

Expobar steam wand loss of pressure

Are you leaving enough time for the water to heat up to a sufficient temperature? Typically 20 minutes is needed to ensure good steam flow.

I have a brewtus lll-V (9 months old). yesterday, it began emitting a constant sound of hissing steam from the top/rear of the machine, with occasional belches of an airy popping sound, that registered...

That sounds more like a safety valve issue than the vent valve, that is poping because of too much pressure, try lowering the pressure stat on the machine, or replacing it.

How can I increase the pressure for the steam wand?

If boiler pressure is set to about 1.2 bar on machine and you are getting no steam then check the nozzle on the steam wand, that might be blocked, before adjusting the pressure stat in the machine.

Water not filling into boiler from reservoir

Many posibilities for your problem. The two main posibilities are:
1. The boiler water level sensor it might be dirty or full of scale, need to be removed and cleaned.
2. The water in solenoid valve might be blocked from dirt or scale so must be cleaned

I wish to lower the steam pressure slightly how do I do it. Many thanks

Inside the machine their is a presurestat which is connected with a pipe to the boiler and inside the pressurestat their is an electrical contactor which turn on and of the heating element. this pressurestat have an adjusting screw on the top which have he signs + and - if you turn it to - then you will reduce the presure insite the boiler. However the normal pressure should be between 1.2-1.3 bars.
