Rest all works, but not heating micowave xl1800

When the microwave does not heat the food, it means that the magnetron circuit has failed. It the part that generates the microwaves that heat the food. Often the part fails by shorting out causing a loud buzzing sound when you try to microwave something. The replacement part usually costs almost as much as a new oven, so it rarely cost effective to replace. Sorry.

Micowave oven just stopped working in the Middle of heating something up. what would have caused this.

If everything went off and nolonger works then the fuse blew. If it came back on after a cooling off period then the thermostat on the Magnatron sensed an over heat condition. If the mag continues to overheat there is a problem with it or the High Voltage components.

My emerson micowave mw8119sb blow the fuse, I replace with a new one same rating, it turns on but when I put something for heat it blew the fuse again. Any help! Thanks!!!

Could be a short in the HV system for the magnetron--usually the HV diode. Another possibility is the metal stirrer fan in the waveguide above the oven cavity may have a shorted bearing (plastic). The short occurs internally within the bearing.

It may be a shorted diode in the HV power supply for the magnetron. Open the case to get to the part. Unplug the machine before opening anything. This is normally a high voltage area when running.
