The switch has one of the connectors brokeen off. i need a new one

1) Call whirlpool and give product type, model number, and serial number that shows on label on side of unit.
2) For gas: Likely they will send whole assembly
3) For electric thermal switch, just replace upper thermostat.
4) Repost question and include information on label
5) Call service technician
