I have a transformer for low voltage garden lights; this weekend I added a photo cell to the supply side, and removed the transformer timer keys to provide dusk to dawn function; however this is causing a very loud hum in the transformer - any thoughts?

"The wire with a light" is a not light bulb. That is your photocell. At dark will turn your system on if you select thta feature.
I have tha same power supply. In my case "check circuit" light is on. I need a manual so I can troubleshoot. Any Ideas?
