After fooling arround I found out that if you pull the arm all the way out and reverse turning the alarm arm can be set. Thanks for your concern

To set the time pull the crown out to the first position and set the time by turning the crown. Pull the crown out to the second position to set the date. Since this is a diver model you will need to unscrew the crown before it will pull out. Make sure you replace the crown and screw it back down for a good protective seal.
The alarm sets the same way. Unscrew the button to set.

You can get an instruction manual by going to their web site (www.invictawatch.com/), put your cursor over "collections" in the menu across the top and then clicking on "instruction manual".
Click on the "Invicta" logo and download the instructions.
