I don't believe the fill level is time dependent since we have very little or no variance in fill  and our well system can be anywhere between 30-60#.
By the way, I just noticed you posted under 'dishwasher.' I don't think you wanted that, I suggest you repost with the proper name and model number of your washer. I hope our dishwasher never gets 'filled!'

The soap pipe is not working

how about some more info. Does the soap pipe have a clog in it? Try putting a lenghth of wire down it to check for clogs. Also, run a load of full strength vinegar through the machine. Turn off the water supply, set the machine on to a point past the fill timer, then add at least 1 gallon of pickling vinegar, then turn on the machine. Stop it before it discharges and drains the vinegar, and reset it back to the beginning of the wash cycle. Do this several times until the wash water gets gunky, then let it complete the cycle after you have turned the water supply back on. Check the soap pipe now. Frankly, I have never heard of a soap pipe so I wonder if this is really your issue. do you perhaps mean a spray arm? At any rate, a good cleaning like this should solve your problem. BTW, if you do not want to use vinegar, try a package of lemon jello or a purchased product called Lemi-Shine both of which you run through your machine to clean it iout.

Low water preasure

If the water pressure is only low on the washer first make sure that the faset your washer is connected to is all the way up or on. If it is you'll have to get to the back of the washer , turn off the water , take of the hose from the back and check the screen thats in the hose and the washer connection. One or both of them maybe clogged.

Bosch Aquatak Clic 125 running problems - keeps pulsing and unable to reach continuous full pressure - has been working well up to now - water pressure OK

After the machine has stared the wash cycle stop the machine. Check the water level in the sump. It it is below the required fill, the pump will drain the sump, suck air resulting in pulsing.

Add a modest amount of water about a quart or so and try continuing the wash. see if it reduces the pulsing. Continue to add to determine if it is the water level.

If you confirm that the water level is low, depending on the model it usually fills on a timer. If it had been working properly then either the stop valve under the sink has allowed the internal rubber washer to dislodge into the flow path, or the inline filter at the connection to the dishwasher is clogged or the electric solenoid at the washer is failing and not allowing the water to enter at the prescribed amount.

Hope this helps?
Below the stop valve do to the hot water is known to have the rubber seal fail which can plug the hose limiting the water flow. The valve can be repaired without removing it. The stem with the house water off can be removed and a new rubber seal installed. remember to remove the debris from the failed seal.

Dishwasher cycles with timer, won't fill with water. Motor runs fine, drain and fill valves test fine, float switch tests fine too. Water pressure fine. I'm thinking the timer is bad and won't send a...

Remove the toekick plate on the bottom of the dishwasher.
Remove the wires from the water valve. Insert the leads from a volt meter into the water valve power wires.
Turn the washer on. After the initial pump out cycle the timer sends power to the water valve through the water level switch. If you get power to the wires, the water valve is bad or you have no water supply to the valve.
If you get no power to the wires the water level switch is bad or the wires to the switch are bad or the timer is bad.

Dishwasher does not fill with water

First (I know this sounds bad but it does happen)check to see the tap is turned on (I have had where the owner thinks the tap is on and asked if I am nuts turns out the cleaning lady switched it off) If so turn off the tap and remove the inlet hose from the machine, there should be a filter in the unit where the pipe screws on this is more than likely blocked if so clean and replace pipe etc check on the tap side sometimes there is one there aswell clean if dirty,if there is still no water then we need to go deeper, the pressure switch could be fualty or there may be water in the pressure tube wich will tell the timer that the machine is full etc,I would however suggest you check the above first if you do not come right let me know and we can then investigate further.

I need to know is the water not going in the machine at all in other words when you switch on the machine with the tap open can you hear the water flowing,if you can here the water flowing check the hight of you drain hose if it is too low down you will find that you end up with a syphoning effect as the water goes in the machine it gravity feeds out the drain pipe if the drain pipe is low lift it up (about half way of the machine is a general indicater) if you cannot here water flow and the tap is open and machine on it could be your inlet solonoid,it may also be your pressure switch if the machine was tlted it may get water in the pressure tube in wich case you will need to locate the pressure tube and blow it clear if there is water in the pressure tube the pressure switch will think the machine is full, worst case is the (timer or pc board) wich ever your machine has is fualty but this is seldom the case

Water not pumping into dishwasher

I first checked the water valve in the dishwasher. It was working properly. The overflow or water level sensor had become stuck in the 'high level' position, thus telling the washer that it was already full of water. I corrected that and it began working properly. As for water in the bottom of the dishwasher that didn't seem to be draining completely - I turned the timer to a point in the cycle where it would drain, making sure I turned the washer off before it cycled back to the 'fill or rinse' cycle. I think the water had accumulated because of the timing of the cycles getting out of sync with the water level in the washer.
