Hi, my Electrolux EWX12550w washing machine and dryer, working fine on was but when I'm drying it it starts at 13 minutes then keeps working but sticks on 10min also I get an err sign it's E10

Family error code E10 is visible to customers and (could be E11,E12 and E13 only visible in service mode) means problem
with filling water.

I suggest rapid reading alarm code when appliance is in normal operating mode (e.g. during the execution of the washing
Press and hold down START/PAUSE and the nearest option buttons for at least two seconds: the LEDs initially switch off, and then display the flashing sequence corresponding to the last alarm.
The alarm sequence continues as long as the two buttons are held down.

E11 - Problems with water fill for washing
E12 - Problems with water fill for drying
E13 - Water leakage

I believe there are difficulties in water fill for drying.
Water is necessary in the drying phase in order to cool down the steam entering in the drying condenser.
Possible causes: Tap closed or water pressure too low; Drain tube improperly positioned; Water fill solenoid valve is faulty; Leaks from water circuit on pressure switch; Pressure switch faulty; Wiring faulty; PCB faulty

No power to control panel

I appreciate your post, friend!
Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux dishwasher is not getting power into your control panel. This could be an issue with your power cord, wiring harness, or short within your control panel. I would suggest performing a reset on your dishwasher by flipping the household circuit breaker off for roughly ten minutes. If this does not help correct your issue you may need to replace an electrical component. This is not a simple DIY job and I would suggest seeking assistance from a professional for proper diagnosis and repair. This will help you to prevent future issues or personal injury. -Matt

The control touch panel is locked in door locked mode wont clear to use other control functions

I appreciate your post, philip hunter!

From my understanding the control panel on your Electrolux range is locked. On the control panel you should see a button near a lock symbol, typically it is labeled control lock, and if you hold that button down for three to five second it should release the control panel. If that does not help release the panel I would suggest performing a reset and you can do that by disconnecting the power from your range for ten minutes. Hopefully this helps. -Matt

Electrolux range F14 fault

Thank you for your post, friend!

I understand that your Electrolux range is displaying an "E14" which is currently being displayed on your Electrolux range. Which means the display tail is missing or not connected. It could be a loose connector within the control panel. If not it could mean a replacement of the main control board or keypad.
I would recommend performing a reset on your appliance which you can do by disconnecting the power from your range. The best way to do that is by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker for ten minutes. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

Good Afternoon friend, thank you for your post!

I understand that your Electrolux refrigerator is not coming on. Is it displaying any codes on the panel? Would you be able to provide me with your model number that way I could research additional information for you please? You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on inside wall on the right hand side. I look forward to your response. -Matt

Good Morning friend, thanks for your post!

After researching the issue you are having with your Electrolux dishwasher it is possible that resetting your appliance may help. I have an Electrolux double oven and grill which has stopped working. The power has gone off and the gas isn't flowing. The electric supply has been tested and is fine. Any clues???

you didn't specify a model but most of the electrolux unit have a single control panel across the top behind the front control panel on the main circuit board is an object about the size of a dime with a small red button in the center apply firm presure to this red button it will click back into place (if that was the problem) its a thermal over load and is sometimes accidential tripped by trying to broil some thing in the top oven with the door open a little bit excess heat gets in behind the controls and pops the thermal WARNING turn off the power before attempting this the reset is mechcanical and does not need power to reset it ALSO lots of delicate stuff in there- ribon cabels -thermal coupling leads be careful
good luck

Electrolux wine cooler ''af'' code flashing

Believe it or not we had the same problem.... The air filter should be changed about every six months but it is just charcoal or baking soda or something like that and is not attached to any sensors. To reset the flashing light, make sure the control panel is unlocked then hold down the on/off and (-) buttons and it will reset.
Good Luck! Elisabeth
