a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: 404-not found error
Yes - this seems to be
an access/permissions issue, and various Windows updates seem to trigger
different defaults, even if you've changed this before.
Open Explore (right click on Start)
Go to C:/Windows/Temp folder
Right click on the Temp Folder.
Choose the SECURITY tab.
Choose the EDIT button.
Make sure you have full permission (allow) for your user name.
If you are the only one using your computer, you can give full allow access for each profile listed.
Click on the APPLY button, SAVE it.
Restart your browser.
It should fix the problem.
If it does not, then check your firewall to make sure Facebook is allowed through. Facebook changes their programming constantly, so there could be some sort of thing holding it up.
I would also say the basics - clear the cache & cookies, make sure you've run a virus scan, and then reboot. But, those are the basics of computer upkeep in general. If it is mainly FB, then probably the firewall or permissions that is holding you up.

First, there's a Windows 7 update
available at www.Futura-support.com. Click on the lefthand side, then
on CE100/150/250/350, etc, etc. Follow the directions CAREFULLY.
First, be sure the uninstall ALL Futura software you've attempted to
install and reboot your PC.
If for some reason this doesn't solve you're problem, I've posted a set of instructions at http://www.fixya.com/support/r8955271-use_machine_windows_7_or_vista that will allow you to run the software under XP on your Windows 7 machine. This is a bit more complicated a solution, but if you follow the instructions carefully, you should be fine. Try the Futura update first, though.
I hope this solves you're problem. Happy embroidery!
