a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

There should be a lock/unlock button on the opposite side of your mp3 player other buttons. Slide the button to the left, and it should unlock. I hope this helps.

This is the closest I could find (manual for the MP-C751) which appears to have the same button configuration and software, only different by having larger memory. Hopefully will help you out; http://www.cobyusa.com/manuals/MPC751.pdf Here is the link for the troubleshooting for the 741 if you need it; http://www.cobyusa.com/tshoot/MPC741.pdf If you need more info you can contact coby on; http://www.cobyusa.com/_en/company_contact.php Hope this helps :)

Hey try to get the video file you are converting to .mtv to convert to .mov first.I had the same problems until I tried it that way.Someone else somewhere says mpg is a good format that the converter will read well and convert properly.I never tried it though. However I find that .avi files will give you problems. This is because .avi is a container not a format.
Also remember Youtube videos download as flv files and if you use MediaCoder like I do,to convert from flv to .avi you will have problems because the actual format will be Xvid and the container .avi.
fFor the sys err problem..visit the Coby USA website ...there is a firmware fix there. The actual link is on this site in another Coby mp 610 question.
I hope this works...let us know
