Question about Gaggia 1003380 Accademia Espresso Machine
Drip Tray Sensor is located in the door of the machine. If the sensor gets wet its probably damaged, and needs to be replaced.

On the bottom of the machine attached to the drip tray is a sensor that "sees" liquid. If there is no liquid thgere, clean the sensor, if there is, empty the tray!
