Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
When i turn the player on it goes straight to the language option list, no matter how many times i change it to english it always goes back to the screen. ive also tried to change tthe clock to 12 hour time but EVERY time i turn it back on its on 24 hour time. and then today i tried to delet everything and do the reformat or whtever the option is in settings and i tried to delete everything on my player it wont work. ive deleted all the songs but when i look on the player i still see all the songs tehre, but it wont let me play any of those songs and it says "bad track" it only plays the songs that came on it...i dunno...i only got it a few weeks ago and its frozen on me a few tiems...so many problems, but i dont want to return it..its a cool mp3 player!! any sugestion on how to fix this???
Well, you need to return it for a new one. If it has happened in so many few weeks, you need to. It sounds like you may have downloaded a virus. you are going to reboot it and or restart it, you have tried this so it sounds like it is just messed up. exchange it or send it in to get it reset. It will run you about $35. Thanks, Connie
