Some have a tank in the bottom for the dehumidifying option and you also get condensate from the defrost cycle when in AC Mode.

look around the bottom for a plug. If it is full, there could be a couple of gallons of water in there.

2. Press reset button for 2 second or until the Flashinf "F" appear on the temperature display or panel.
3. Press Add button to change from Fahrenheit"F" to celius "C".
4. Then press confirm and then cancel button to finish.

yOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THE SERIAL AND MODEL NUMBERS. The factory technician will ned those at the least.Look up the Midea on the internet and get the factory rep to explain the warranty or the dealer you purchased the unit. Good Luck
