Question about Computers & Internet
Need the internet password to the connection so i can set up my wii
It's important to safeguard yourself from dangerous hackers by using passwords in your Web browsers. If you forget the passwords you use to surf the Web, most browsers--including Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome--will allow you to view your saved passwords. Some browsers, such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer, will not allow you to retrieve your passwords unless you use a third-party tool.
Open Firefox. Click "Tools" at the top of the screen and select "Options." Go to the "Security" section, click "Saved Passwords," and then click "Show Passwords." Google Chrome b> Open Google Chrome. Click the wrench icon on the top of the screen. Go to the "Personal Stuff" tab and click "Saved Passwords."
Find Your WiFi Password
b> Although your Wi-Fi password is saved on your computer, it should be stored in a safe place in case you need to allow access to your network. Your Wi-Fi password should be treated the same way as your ATM PIN, as it allows anyone with a laptop the ability to join your network. In the wrong hands, your information could be intercepted if someone is on your network. Locating your Wi-Fi password on your computer is easy, but it should be given only to those you know and trust.
Password Locator for PCs
Open your Internet browser. Type in "CNet.com" and click the "Downloads" tab located underneath the search bar at the top of the browser screen. Type "Wirelesskeyview" in the search bar, and click the "Magnifying glass" button. Click the first search result, followed by clicking the "Download Now" button to begin the download. Save the file to your desktop. Double-click the file to run the program. The password will be displayed in the program's window. b> Password Locator for Macs b> Click the "Finder" icon on your dock. Select "Go" and "Applications" from the drop-down menu. Double-click the "Utilities" folder, followed by double-clicking the "Keychain Access" button. Double-click the name of your network, and check the box next to "Show Password." Type your System Administrator password, and click "OK." Hope this helps.
