NEI! (Not Enough Information) I'll simply point you to the amateur radio repair yahoo group:

That's the best place to ask such a question, but you better have a bit more information so people can help you.

I don't have any audio on main or sub bands

Do you have Tone Squelch enabled? Is there a little "T.SQ" showing on the display? If so, turn it off and you'll be fine.

My Aiwa NSX 990 wont come on. Only timer icon come in display and volumew LED keeps coming on and going off at regular intervals

Unplug the power cable completely to turn off and then turn back on again. Check whether there are no lose parts with missing contact.
Most probably it looks like a deeply digital problem with no do it yourself solutions - bring it to the repairman, but I even doubt he would fix it.
You can also download the Aiwa NSX-990 service manual and analyze more specifically your case. Download it from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?jc0ynzoiama or from here: http://www.4shared.com/document/rQ67hcpG/Aiwa_XG-990-NSX-990-NSX-992.html (click "Download Now", not any other button).

How do i get expanded freqs on my ft1802 yaesu tranceiver

The FT-1802 is a 50 watt 2 meter FM transceiver. It can transmit anywhere between 144 - 148 Mhz (the FM portion) of the 2 meter ham band. It can receive anywhere between 136 - 174 Mhz without any modifications. There is a modification to enable transmit "out of band" below:

http://www.ham.dmz.ro/yaesu/ft-1802-extended-transmit-modification.php

There are few details about the results of this mod - typically these provide for transmitting on frequencies outside (above, below or both) of the 2 meter ham band. Transmitting outside of the ham band without a proper license for the frequencies in the U.S. is a violation of FCC rules.

Magnum S9 10/11 mtr radio

If you're receiving OK on AM & SSB, the likely adjustment would be the FM discriminator coil L5. You can adjust it for maximum noise with no signal applied.
