SOURCE: Hilti TE-5 does not drill

Check the motor if the motor has power and then the gears are not working. If the motor doesnt have any power then you need to check for power. To get at the gears you are going to need to remove the chuck

SOURCE: i need wiring schematics for hilti te 905 avr

Wiring schematics can be found by Hilti 1-800 number but they probally will not help you. The 905 is programed to shut down for service every 40 hours plus 10 warning. Then in my case I am stuck with a 200 dollar bill to send the tool from Winnipeg to Montreal for reprograming. Its a joke in my situation and its on me from Hilti, what a good name but what a scam.

SOURCE: hilti te-72 hammer failure

Do not put it in hammer mode and try to unscrew the chuck! This will break the housing internally. To remove the chuck you will have to put a chisel in the chuck. Lock that chisel in a big vice. You will then have to put a pipe wrench on the chuck to unscrew it. It is regular threads but there will be loctite on it. Once that is off your will have a spring and two roller bearings to remove before you can slide the bell off. You will then have 8 5MM screws to remove. This will remove the chuck. You will then have a snap ring to remove. After that you can remove the whole cylinder assy. More then likely your connecting rod is broken.

Why did my hilti te 805 just stoped working when drilling can anyone help

A real Hilti brand means it has got the operating hours on it.

Only service a complete kit of components , this machines are have most liquid oil lubrication (most of the times a very expensive) Turmopol oil and special poor tolerance bearings HILTI and DUSS are high quality machines , Duss machines i prefer some higher then Hilti because of the long last service for more then 40 years old machines they have all te parts for them , but not cheap Unfortunately.

If a hammer stopped working like Dewalt all the parts are simple to get. most of the times a broken powercable or a brush that have become in protected state autostop , Dewalt hammer in the States is not the QS quality of Europe i know . but quality like the old ELU machines instead of black and Decker ,
Nice machines and are not fast leak , but it could also after a long period.

I have a te 500 it not knocking at full strength

A Broken front ring which blocks the lock bolt ?

Is there enough lubrication flow if something is broken inside replace ALLWAYS a complete servicekit , because its , beware of the Turmopol oil is expensive. there are equivalent oils if you asked special for it also by Hilti to buy.
Hilti and Duss are not the 2 cheapest brands of powertools.
Special Tolerance-free bearings are used it is all super calculated on a number of operating hours and about if something is defective, a complete overhaul is necessary.
These hammers may leak no trace of oil in the front until 2006 HILTI has in my Country support , but after this date
exclusively support to the end-users and support closed for brokering.

Hilti TE 74 not hammering

It takes 70 cc of oil in the gear casing. Too much oil will snap the connecting rod. If it did not have oil in it there might be a leak somewhere

Service light on

When the service light comes on in a normal Hilti all you need to do is replace the brushes,....however on a te-706 there are no brushes to replace, you will need to contact Hilti and have them service it.
