Question about Dishwashers
I push the cancel/drain button, but the water won't drain out. Could there be a problem with my pipes being frozen?
You have to clean out the debris filter at the bottom of the washer tub. It is a plastic filter that can be removed and should be cleaned out periodically also run a bottle of drybright etc.. and it will fix this problem.

Have you tried canceling the cycle? To cancel, turn the on/off switch to on, then press and hold for three seconds the two buttons labeled "Cancel Drain". Keep the door closed for the next minute so that the dishwasher can complete the cycle. During this time the pump will remove any water from the washer. Also you will notice that Bosch dishwashers always leave a little water in the system to keep the seals from drying out and going bad.
Hope this helps

Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.
