It is probably more than a fuse which has gone on the microwave and because of the lethal voltages involved with this appliance plus the real risk of a damaging leak unless you have a microwave leak detector and a technical background i would advise finding a qualified technician. Good luck.

There's a really good PDF troubleshooting document for these models with this problem at my site here.

There is a fuse and 2-3 TCOs (thermal cutouts or thermostats) which can be bad, and which will cause a "dead" condition.

If those are good, and it's still dead, it may need circuit board repair or replacement.

Once it's back to life, you want to be sure the internal cooling fan is working when it's cooking.

Otherwise, the magnetron can overheat, and its protective thermostat will trip, killing power until it cools down.

For some weird reason, the service manual for this one is not all in one piece, so you would have to download all these sections of it:

I wouldn't worry about the sensor error right away.

Sometimes that's just caused when the door is opened before steam could be detected or steam was not detected in the maximum amount of time.

Once it's all working again, if you still get the error regularly, it may be a bad humidity sensor.

If the internal cooling fan IS running when you try to cook AND the oven is not heating, it's probably a failed secondary interlock relay on the control circuit board.

If the internal cooling fan is NOT running when you try to cook AND it's not heating, the bottom door switch is probably the culprit.

Here's is a file on checking and replacing door switches.

We have a sound clip of what a microwave should sound like when the cooling fan and high voltage section are working.

Listen to that very carefully, and listen to yours to see if the cooling fan is working.

When I say internal cooling fan, I do not mean the hood vent exhaust fan which you can turn on and off manually.

I'm instead talking about the internal fan which comes on automatically whenever you microwave.

There should be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

It will normally get pretty warm after a minute or two of cooking, but the important thing is to be sure the vents are not clogged or blocked, and that the internal cooling fan is working.

Samsung MU3250W Shut down

It could have been steam or humidity.

If this is an over the range model, be sure you always use the hood vent exhaust fan when you're cooking on the stove top.

Whether it's a counter top or over the range top, always be aware that the cooling fan is running when it's cooking.

When in doubt feel for air flow through the vents.

Good luck.

Keypad only works

This is usually caused by either a bad door switch, a loose door switch mount, or a problem on the control panel.

Even though a door switch clicks, it may still be bad inside.

This can be caused by slamming the door or by habitually opening the door while it's cooking without hitting the Stop pad first.

If you or a friend decide to look into it, we have critical information on safety, disassembly and door switches at our site, and our link is at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk

Too Much Steam?

It's possible that the vents got blocked. If it vents to the outside, look for debris in the vent exit at the side or attic of the home. If you're lucky, these will dry put (sometimes it helps to remove the cover) but sometimes the excess moisture gets in and cannot get out. This causes a keypad or control board failure. Please post an update if you still need help.
